The introduction of the Funding for 3-4 year old's shows that the Government now accepts the views of the media, nursery experts, academics, parents and teachers alike, that the right combination of education and care in the first five years of a child's life is of great importance to the development of a child's potential. Many European countries are significantly ahead of the UK, in this belief with nursery education widely available - we at Tenderlinks Daycare endeavour to bridge that gap with our commitment to on going training.
In today's world many parents need, or wish, to continue with their careers, or for whatever reason a parent/guardian may decide to entrust their child to a Day Care they must be comfortable and confident with what is offered by the Day Care for both the child and the parent/guardian. We at 'Tenderlinks Daycare' pride ourselves in the fact that over the years many parents have looked upon us as an extended family due to the excellent caring approach that is delivered by our team of dedicated caring professionals.

Meeting Your Requirements
Who is going to care for my child?
One of the most important questions you will probably ask.
Tenderlinks Daycare has its own individual management structure and team of professionals.
Each dedicated room has its own leader. The Day Care operates a system with specific staff members responsible for the needs of designated children.
With our staff ratio, which meets the requirements of the Children's Act: -
- 1 : 3 for under two's
- 1 : 4 for the two year olds
- 1 : 5 for the 3, 4, and 5 year olds
Your child will receive excellent individual care and attention in designated rooms according to age and ability, and will have contact with other children. Your child will also benefit from the stability and continuity of care that can be provided through a dedicated permanent team.
In recent years the government have shown their support in the care and development of children in a number of ways the most recent being the availability of funding for all three year olds.
What does this mean to you?
In real terms this means that every 3 year old child is entitled to 5 x 2.5 hour session FREE OF CHARGE, per week either morning or afternoon, from the time they become 3 years old. (This is available through one provider only)
