Aspect Telecommunications, October 2000 - May 2001

Aspect is moving from a hardware orientated Telecomms Company to providing CRM software and integrated solutions for call centres. Their product, Portal, controls the flow of data to the agents at the call centre. It prioritises information and incorporates VoIP, fax, e-mail, Web chat, and agent-assisted Web browsing into the call centre. The project had short development life cycles and deadlines for software releases.
